1. Who we are
BrainyMart AI Enhanced Shopping is a multi-tenant e-commerce marketplace operated as a division of DCRN Inc. Each merchant runs their own branded storefront under their own front-door domain.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, name, role (shopper or merchant), and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Profile information — your member number, default and saved shipping/billing addresses, and phone details you choose to provide.
- Merchant store information — your store name, slug, front-door, tax ID and rate, physical location, logo, head shot, and other store photos you upload.
- Products and orders — the products you list or purchase, and order history.
- Messages — messages you send through the site, and any "flag this page" reports you submit (including an optional screenshot).
- Analytics — basic, cookieless, privacy-respecting page-view analytics. No advertising cookies are used.
3. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account.
- To display your public store and product listings to shoppers.
- To route messages and orders between shoppers and merchants without revealing anyone's email address.
- To administer the site, including reviewing reports when necessary for the smooth operation of the service.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not reveal your contact details (email, phone) to other members — messages are relayed through the site so that no one's email address is exposed.
5. Public visibility
- Merchants — your store name, logo, head shot, store photos, product listings, and storefront web address are shown publicly.
- Shoppers — your member number and order activity are visible only to you.
- Never public — your street address, email address, and phone number are never shown publicly.
6. Data retention
- Your information is kept while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, it is deactivated: it is removed from all public listings and you can no longer log in. Order records may be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
- You may request full erasure of your personal information at any time (see section 7).
7. Your rights
- Access — contact us to request a copy of your data.
- Rectification — edit or correct your profile at any time.
- Deletion — contact us to request account deletion.
- Portability, restriction, and objection — contact us.
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional rights. Contact us to exercise any of them.
